"CHIEF EXC FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE CHARITY'S FAILINGS"

A review of Merseyside Society For Deaf People by FEB written on Friday 16th of December 2016

Chief Exc failed to co-operate with LCC and Ombudsman re failure to apologise to a Deaf/Blind Service User, despite 3 levels of complaint procedure by Nugent Care, DSN and Ombudsman. Would not recommend this Organisation especially for the 1 contract for Sensory Impairment Services for Halton, Sefton, and Liverpool. You are entitled to have a choice and quality of Service provided, especially those whom admits to their failings and put Service Users first..
