"Brilliant care"

I went in to st paul's eye hospital last night with wet plaster in my eye that was burning, as it is caustic. the nurse that helped me was run off her feet, as there were lots of people coming in and she was on her own in the primary care section. she was absolutely brilliant and she managed to go between 3 of us and sort us all out at the same time. at times like that, you really appreciate the difficult job that these people do..
