I bought a microlight flight experience for a special birthday for my wife, she booked the experience for August 2023 but a week or so before her experience was due, we both fell ill with Covid (Omnicron) and she contacted the microlight school to rearrange the experience due to such, however, they would not change the date as requested and offered no assistance, so basically we were left having spent a decent sum of money with no gift, no experience and nowhere to turn.

So be aware that if you are booking an experience (and not just necessarily with this company), it may be best to take out a form of insurance just in case like ourselves and through no fault of our own, taking ill and not wanting to spread the virus further..
