"Very poor client care and back up response"

A review of Small Animal Hospital (University Of Liverpool) by Paul Sutherland written on Thursday 5th of May 2016

I took my Irish wolfhound in to see them and they left me hanging with no feedback or information on the MRI scan.

I left multple messages and no call backs

The switch board constanly loose you when transfering your call.

They may have expertise but very poor people skills and organisation.

One last thing the vet kept referring to my dog a "a doggie" not by his name (probably because she can't remember his name or does give a hoot about it)

Very frustrated customer..
