Moved into one-bed property 2 months ago.Denise, the manager is so very very friendly and polite and has made my "settling in" period problem-free. She is an asset to this housing, along with Ann the cleaner (she does far more than clean, I assure you )and is so very passionate about where she works and about the residents. The staff at the housing office are so friendly and helpful also.

.I have been made extremely welcome by the residents and am teaching myself Cantonese vocabulary in order to be able to speak the basics with the lovely people who live here.I feel that at last I have found the ideal situation in sheltered housing which I have not found in any other. It is like a large family.

Being central to the city centre is perfect as I have various hobbies and interests in the local area. I would highly reccommend this independent living scheme..
