Hi Graham Mercer, as the only 'member of staff' and the business owner I am not sure why you felt I was rude. We were in the process of closing the business at that point so perhaps we didn't have what you were looking for. ALL of our other reviews were exceptional so I can only assume you have a hidden agenda leaving a bad review?
