"Extremely poor customer service!"

I wouldn't be surprised if this review is not published.

I live in Kirkby and had my current blinds fitted by this company a few years ago. I contacted them today to arrange a replacement for some of the blinds.

The woman at the front office was polite and helpful. She directed me to contact the factory, since I may need someone to come out to take some measurements. However the man I spoke with at the factory end was so rude and dismissive, actually hanging up on me!

Never this company ever again..
