I had astma in the 60s so I was sent to abbots lea 62-65, beatlemania and woolton went together I was about 71/2 I loved abbots lea. roast lamb on Sundays, calderstones,renolds park. miss Williams was the head hocho, mr gilpin, miss Jenkins Mr Blore were our teachers, and a brass band played on sundays at strawberry fields on Sundays, we never went but y0u could hear them. oh and visits to moel famoo in the white Bedford van c/o abbots lea..
