It's a shame i moved away, i really enjoyed learning skills essential in today's modern society at LSKFC. I hope i never have to use them and i still respect the values that running is always the best option. Whether you are young or old, timid or brave, Professor channel and the other guys at the club will make you strong or teach you humility. It's not a fitness club, its about skill dexterity and respect. You have to earn your belts, there will be pain but as the old saying goes, no pain no gain. You will find yourself more flexible, able to withstand more knocks and speeds up your thoughts and actions, spa if you want, progress at your own speed, but for gods sake, dont think you are Bruce Lee, you have been warned..
