A review of BBC Radio Merseyside by Peter smith written on Friday 3rd of December 2010

Regarding the thefts of the rocksalt and the bins containing it in the wirral area. Instead of the council being so naive in thinking we all live on WALTONS MOUNTAIN, and that there are no oppertunist thieves about, why dont they encourage the responsible members of the public to buy the rocksalt from either the council depots or the likes of B+Q and have them send in the receipts for a refund. or is that too easy.Peter..
