Solid wood...I think NOT!

Having purchased a kitchen from solid wood, it was 4 weeks late, the proprietor only took cash!, and the workmanship was so bad that we had to replace the kitchen within 6 weeks as it was not fit for purpose. As for the plumbing....this was replaced the same week that it was installed. Generally I would stay well clear of both solid woods on the dock road and also the shop in waterloo, unless that is you are looking for a really poorly constructed product, with no comeback and terrible customer service. I am suprised they are still trading. BEWARE. I think this should be one for trading standards!
