"Excellent treatment but....."

Excellent treatment but appalling appointments system. Never been scheduled on time, always 3-6 months late. Not bad for someone (as I guess many others also ) having a degenerative eye condition.

Now approaching the record of 12 months after my last appointment although the consultant said come back in 6 months.
