Today I went online to find the phone number of my branch in Liverpool so I could make an appointment after being asked for my card number, which i punched in, it asked me for parts of my banking password which i dont haveI was put through to a branch in coventry not my local branch, who asked me for my details and tried to arrange a day and time i could visit the branch after some time she was unable to set it up and said she would transfer me to the branch so i could book it myself.The phone rang out for what seemed like an age but was proberbly 5 to 10 minutes after which i hung up. why is it not possible to go online find your branch call them and book an appointment?????
