"Forgotten one"

Although the St Pauls eye unit is fantastic and compares to no one else in treatment .the appointment system and waiting time is appalling to say the least i have been a patient for 15 years and they still forget me waiting for appointment for december 08 still and it is may 09 something has got to be done and fast i am going to see my corrupt MP see if they can sort it . Probably have to give them a bung i suppose but it will be worth it. So if you are a patient as soon as your appointment has ben left fr more than two weeks get in touch and keep on at them ..
